Paul J. Fribourg is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Grain Company, an international agribusiness and investment company. Prior to assuming the helm of one of the largest privately-held corporations in the United States, he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility—from Merchandiser and Product Line Manager to Group President and Chief Operating Officer. Paul Fribourg serves as the Lead Independent Director of Loews Corporation, a Board Member of The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., a Board Member of Restaurant Brands International Inc., a Board Member of Syngenta Group Co., Ltd., and a Board Member of Bunge Limited. He is also a Member of the Rabobank International North American Agribusiness Advisory Board. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Wayne Farms LLC, a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Member of the Temasek Americas Advisory Panel, and a Member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai. Mr. Fribourg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Ari Gendason

Ari Gendason is Chief Investment Officer of Continental Grain Company. Ari joined Conti in 2004 and has been involved in many of the company’s investments in the food and agriculture sector over that time. He currently leads Conti’s corporate investments group and oversees a portfolio of both public and private investments in food and ag. Prior to this role, he managed Arlon Opportunities Investors, an equities and commodities hedge fund backed by Conti. Prior to joining the Company, Ari worked in private equity and investment banking. Ari is a member of the Board of Directors of Wayne Farms LLC and of RiceBran Technologies (NASDAQ: RIBT). Ari holds a BS and MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Golden

Robert Golden is Chief Strategy Officer of Continental Grain Company, and he is a member of the Company's Management Committee and Board of Directors.

Bob retired as VP of Mergers & Acquisitions for AB InBev as of January 2018, following a nearly 30-year career covering a range of executive responsibilities across M&A, strategic planning, procurement, treasury, packaging operations, and leadership of AB InBev's global acquisition program following the combination of Anheuser-Busch and InBev.

After transitioning to lead M&A at AB InBev, Bob directed an M&A program resulting in more than $200 billion of deals around the world as part of creating the first truly global brewer. In executing AB InBev’s expansion program, Bob managed concurrent negotiations with a range of deal-critical constituents on complex multi-part deals.

Bob has served as a director of several boards, and is currently a director of Rotterdam-based Refresco, BV. Prior to joining Anheuser-Busch in 1988, Bob worked in commercial and investment banking at Continental Bank (Chicago), and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS from Illinois State University.

Dave Peacock

Dave Peacock is Chief Operating Office at Conti, and is a member of the Company's Board of Directors and Management Committee. Dave joined the Conti team in 2021 from Schnuck Markets, where he most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2017. Prior to Schnuck Markets, Dave spent two decades at Anheuser-Busch focused on branding and marketing before being named President. He served as President of the US business from 2008 to 2012 and as a key member of the AB InBev transition leadership team. Dave serves as Chairman of Vitaligent, the largest franchisee of Jamba Juice in California and Washington. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Stifel Financial Corporation and the Post Holdings SPAC.

Frank Baier

Frank Baier has served as Conti’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2012 and is a member of the Management Committee. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baier was Chief Financial Officer of North Jersey Community Bank. He has held senior financial executive roles at a variety of companies including Capital Access Network, Inc., Independence Community Bank, and ContiFinancial Corporation. He was also a consultant for Meridian Capital Group, LLC, one of the country’s largest commercial mortgage brokerage firms, and a partner at Columbia Financial Partners. Mr. Baier began his career at RJR Nabisco, Inc. in 1987. Currently, He is a Board Member of ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. and the Summit Police Athletic League. Mr. Baier received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting), Cum Laude, from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Charles Fribourg

He has served as Directeur General of Arlon Group (Europe) S.A., in Geneva, Switzerland, since 1999. Earlier, Mr. Fribourg served the Company as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Latin American Division, General Manager EEC, Europe, Product Manager International for Meals/Derivatives, Merchandising Manager International for Proteins/Derivatives, Commercial Manager for France, and previously held various merchandising positions throughout the Company's domestic operations. Mr. Fribourg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Connecticut College and his Advanced Management degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Michael Zimmerman

Active in many nonprofit organizations, he currently serves on the board of Mount Sinai Health System. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Mr. Zimmerman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Michael Mayberry

Michael R. Mayberry is Conti’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Michael has worked for the Company since 1996 including his tenure at ContiFinancial Corporation as Associate General Counsel. Prior to that he worked as an associate in the New York offices of the law firms of Dewey Ballantine and Winston & Strawn. He received his juris doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. He also holds an International Business Program diploma from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business.

Nick Rosa

Chairman, Conti International

Nick Rosa is the Chairman of Conti International, overseeing the firm's operating and investment activities primarily in Asia and Latin America.  He is also a member of the Corporate Investment Committee. Nick has been with the Company for over 40 years and severed in a variety of positions both domestically and internationally.  He joined Conti in 1975 as a trainee in the animal feed division, served in a variety of posts, eventually becoming General Manager of the Wayne Feed Division in Chicago in 1995.  He relocated to New York in 1997 as Vice President of Conti's International Industries. In 2007, he was named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Conti Asia, based in Beijing until 2020.  Nick has served as a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the American Feed Industry Association and as Chairman and Director in several poultry, pork, processing and feed companies in Eastern Europe, South America and Asia. Nick received both his BS in Economics and his MBA from Arizona State University.

Elton Maddox

Elton Maddox formerly served as Wayne Farms’ Chairman, and his many years of leadership have guided the company’s business strategy to performance in the top 25 percent of the industry. During his tenure, he successfully built an executive management team and corporate culture focused on integrity, profitability, and continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, and production.

Elton Maddox joined Wayne Farms in 1974. Since that time, he served in a variety of increasingly responsible roles, including several management positions at the Pendergrass, Georgia poultry plant. From 1993 to 1995, he was Vice President and General Manager, Further Processing Operations; and from 1995 to 1999, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Poultry Division. In 2000, Elton Maddox became Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until 2017.

J. Clint Rivers

As President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Wayne Farms, Clint Rivers leads one of the nation’s largest poultry production companies, serving many of the best-known restaurant, food service, retail and institutional brands. In these roles, he directs major strategic and growth initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Clint joined Wayne Farms in 2012 as Vice President and General Manager of the Fresh Business Unit, leading the company’s acquisition of its Dothan, Alabama facility. Named Chief Operating Officer in 2014, President and CEO in 2017 and Chairman of the Board in 2020, he led the $350 million expansion of the company’s south Alabama operation, initiation of our small bird program and completion of our research and development facility, the Customer Innovation Center. Over the last two years, Clint has overseen development of the no-antibiotics-ever product segment and the company’s entry into the branded retail marketplace with the advent of Naked Truth products.

Clint’s poultry career began as a microbiologist and quality assurance foreman with Golden West Foods. His 38 years of operational and management experience span senior leadership roles with some of the industry’s top poultry producers. Prior to joining Wayne Farms, Clint served as President of Foodservice and Supply Chain with Perdue Farms, and in successive leadership roles with Pilgrim’s Pride including Chief Operating Officer, President and CEO.

Clint earned a degree in Animal Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. An industry leader, he currently serves as Chairman of the National Chicken Council. His strong faith parallels the company’s core values and mission, driving his emphasis on individual excellence and continuous improvement as conduits to unique personal and professional opportunities.

Courtney Fazekas

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Wayne Farms, Courtney Fazekas is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and has responsibility over all financial matters for the company, including financial reporting and analysis, internal and external reporting, oversight of strategic initiatives, capital structure and lender relationships. In his role as CFO and Treasurer for one of the largest vertically integrated poultry producers in the United States, his responsibilities also span financial aspects of all operations, including purchasing, risk management, IT, income and expense management for ten production facilities employing more than 9,000 people.

Prior to joining Wayne Farms in 2003, Courtney served in a variety of executive leadership and key financial management roles with Pepsi Cola International, Pepsi Bottling Group and Smith Barney, Harris Upham. He was actively involved in implementing PepsiCo’s international growth strategy and acquiring bottling companies across central Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East and served as Pepsi Bottling Group’s Director of Corporate Planning and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for its Canadian Business Unit.

Courtney holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his MBA from Columbia University School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He’s a member of the finance committee for U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and serves on the Board of Directors for Idaho Pacific Holdings. As CFO, Courtney’s personal and professional emphasis on integrity, accountability and ethical practices parallel and amplify the company’s operating principles and business values.

Alan Fishman

Alan Fishman has had a distinguished career in the banking industry. He is currently the Chairman of Ladder Capital Finance Corporation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Washington Mutual Bank. During 2007 and 2008, he served as Chairman of Meridian Capital Group and prior to joining Meridian, he was President of Sovereign Bank. He assumed the leadership of Independence Community Bank when he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2001.

Mr. Fishman has been an active leader in many not-for-profit activities in Brooklyn. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Academy of Music. He also served as Chairman of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and as Co-Chairman of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Brooklyn Community Foundation. The Brooklyn Community Foundation is the successor institution to the Independence Community Foundation. The Brooklyn Community Foundation is Brooklyn's only Foundation focusing exclusively on the Borough. Mr. Fishman serves on the Boards of several private companies and other not-for-profit and civic organizations. A lifelong Brooklynite, he was educated in the public schools graduating from Erasmus Hall High School. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics and received a master's degree in Economics from Columbia University.

Previously, he served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Development Corporation, a software manufacturer that was acquired by IBM Corporation in 1995. Gerald Rosenfeld

Gerald Rosenfeld is Senior Advisor to the CEO and is Vice Chairman of U.S. Investment Banking of Lazard. Prior to rejoining Lazard in 2011, he spent 11 years at Rothschild North America as its CEO and, after stepping down from that position, as its Deputy Chairman. Mr. Rosenfeld initially joined Lazard in 1992 and served as a General Partner, Managing Director and Head of US Investment Banking. Prior to Lazard he held significant management positions at Bankers Trust Company, Salomon Inc. and its Salomon Brothers subsidiary, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Rosenfeld has worked as a strategic and M&A advisor in the industrial and technology sectors, including representation of General Motors, Chrysler, United Technologies, ITT Corporation, Tenneco, TRW, Lucas Varity PLC, Case Corporation, Lotus Corp. in its acquisition by IBM, and recently as advisor to Dow in its proposed merger with DuPont. He has also worked on many airline transactions including for United Airlines, TWA, US Airways, and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Rosenfeld has worked on corporate restructuring assignments for, among others, TWA, United Airlines, Delphi Corporation, Gaylord Container, the Chicago Sun-Times, and AIG.

Early in his career, Mr. Rosenfeld was a member of the faculty of the City College of New York, New York University, and the University of Maryland.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of CIT Group. In the non-profit sector, he serves on the Boards of The City College Foundation and The Charles H. Revson Foundation. Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Ph.D. in applied Mathematics from New York University. He is a Professor of Practice at New York University School of Law and a member of its Board of Trustees. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Stephen Volk

Stephen R. Volk is Vice Chairman of Citi and Chairman of Citi's Institutional Clients Group. Mr. Volk joined Citi in September 2004. Prior to that, he served as Chairman of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked closely with their CEO on the strategic management of the firm and on key client matters. He was also a member of the Credit Suisse Group Management Board. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston in August 2001 from Shearman & Sterling, a New York-based law firm, where he had been Senior Partner since 1991. While at Shearman & Sterling, Mr. Volk, a leading mergers and acquisitions lawyer, was counsel to a number of corporations, including Citicorp.

He joined Shearman & Sterling in 1960 after graduating from Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School, and became a Partner in 1968.

Mr. Volk is a member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Dean's Advisory Board of Harvard Law School and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Sabine Chalmers

Prior to joining BT, she was the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors of AB InBev, a role she held from 2005 to 2017. Sabine joined AB InBev after 12 years with Diageo, where she held a number of senior legal positions including as General Counsel of the Latin American and North American businesses. Prior to Diageo, she was an associate at the law firm of Lovell White Durrant in London specializing in mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Board of Directors of AB InBev.

Pedro Parente

Throughout his 45 years of experience, Pedro Pullen Parente has been an asset to the public and private sectors. Today he is a member of multiple Board of Directors and Advisory Boards.

In the Brazilian Government, Pedro was responsible for a significant number of contributions in the economic front, acting in multiple positions such as Chief of Secretary, Minister of Planning, and Minister of Mines and Energy. In 2001, he led the committee responsible for managing Brazil’s energetic crisis and organized relationship rules within the country. He was also a consultant for the International Monetary Fund for the National Constituent Assembly, 1988, and other public institutions.

In the business world, Pedro is known as a leader in many successful turnarounds. Pedrowas CEO and chairman of the management board of Petrobras. Moreover, he led the advisory board of the national bank, Banco do Brasil, and of the national savings bank, Caixa Econômica Federal. In the private sector, he was CEO of Bunge, a multinational company in the agro and food industry; COO of RBS, a communication group, and global president of BRF, one of the biggest food companies in the world.

Currently, Pedro is a member of advisory boards for companies such as BRF, General Atlantic Brasil, B3, Prumo Logística, Syngenta, Farmácias Pague Menos and EB Capital.

Tyler Ricks is a Senior Advisor with Conti and is responsible for value creation across the firm’s global portfolio.

Tyler has extensive operating experience in restaurant and branded food businesses. Tyler began his career in the food and beverage sector at PepsiCo, where he led sales and marketing for some of their largest beverage brands (Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Lipton). He subsequently worked in general management and marketing roles for Bear Naked Granola (acquired by Kellogg’s), Health Nutz (acquired by Healthy Brands Collective), and Plum Organics (acquired by Campbell Soup).

Tyler joined Conti from JAB, where he most recently served as CEO and President for Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels, Manhattan Bagels, and Noah’s New York Bagels. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of E-Commerce for Peet’s Coffee. Tyler also has more than a decade of experience in venture capital investing, primarily in the natural food and restaurant sectors.

Brian Loeb has been with Conti since early 2016, having previously worked at J.P. Morgan within the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group. At Conti, Mr. Loeb has focused primarily on Conti Ventures, with a mandate to co-invest in early stage technology companies in the food, agriculture and restaurant sectors. Mr. Loeb sits on the Board of Prenexus Health and is a Board Observer at Perfect Day Foods, Myco Technologies, and Brightseed Bio. He also helps manage Conti's partnership with the Boulder Food Group, a VC fund focused on emerging CPG brands. Mr. Loeb holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.

He started his career in the investment banking division of BTG Pactual in Chile (previously Celfin Capital) where he was involved in M&A and ECM transactions in the Andean region. Ignacio Sanz joined Continental Grain Company in 2019, and he co-leads the origination efforts in Latin America. Prior to joining Conti, Ignacio was a principal at Australis Partners, a middle-market Latin American private equity fund. At Australis, Ignacio was involved in the acquisition and management of investments in the retail, foodservice and healthcare sectors. He started his career at Citigroup’s investment banking division where he focused on M&A advisory and capital market transactions for Latin American clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Conti, Yin was a Partner with Bain & Company in Shanghai, where he worked with Fortune 500 multinationals and private equity firms on commercial due diligence on China assets, commercial excellence and route-to-market redesign, M&A strategy, and post-acquisition value creation for PE-owned portfolio companies. He joined ContiFeed (China) Group in 1991 as a Technical Manager in Wuhan, China and became Director of China Technical Services in 1995. He became General Manager of the Beijing premix operations in 1997, and General Manager of ContiFeed (China) Group in 2004. Prior to joining CGC, Michael was a Technical Manager of Central Soy in Hong Kong and Wei Fang in Shandong Province, China. Michael was born and raised in China. Michael received his BS in animal science from Hunan Agriculture College and his PhD in animal nutrition from Aberdeen University, Rowett Research Institute. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Jordana Fribourg was appointed to Chief Talent Officer for Continental Grain Company in 2021 and is responsible for driving value creation through CGC’s global network of relationships and talent. Prior to this role, Jordana was the Vice President of Talent and Strategic Partnerships for the Company. Jordana first joined Conti in 2017 to focus on corporate investments and venture capital.

Jordana is a member of the 7th generation of the Fribourg Family to lead the business. She is an alumna of Brown University (B.A.), Sotheby’s Institute of Art (M.A.), and Columbia University (M.B.A.).

David Dryerman

David Dryerman has been with Conti since 2014, initially joining Arlon Capital Partners as its Vice President of Finance. In 2017, David assumed the additional responsibilities to lead a team that supports all aspects of accounting for all of Conti’s fund and direct investments, as well as Conti’s treasury/cash management.

Prior to joining Conti, David was a Director at EisnerAmper Fund Services, where he led the private equity fund administration practice. Before that, he was a Vice President at State Street Fund Administration where he was the head of Direct Investments for their private equity fund administration practice. Prior to that, David was the Chief Financial Officer of Falconhead Capital and the Controller at Wand Partners, both private equity firms based in New York. He began his career at Richard A. Eisner & Company (now EisnerAmper LLP) in 1991.

David received his BSBA in Accounting from the University of Hartford and is a licensed CPA in New York.  He is a former chair of the finance committee and a board member of Temple Emanuel of the Pascack Valley.

Prior to joining Conti, Michael was a senior associate at private equity firm, Garnett Station Partners, focused on the restaurant, consumer, and franchising sectors. Before that, Michael was a marketing coordinator at Peet’s Coffee, and prior to that was a freight analyst at Castleton Commodities. Michael received his BA from New York University, and his MBA from NYU Stern.
